At a pivotal time in their evolution and with a need to express their unique digital offering, uno Home Loans commissioned Collaborateur to develop and implement a clear messaging strategy that would cater for the needs of all internal stakeholders. In a highly competitive digital comparison market, uno needed their staff to clearly understand what was unique in their offering and how they could stand out from their competitors.
After workshopping with management and key members of staff from across the group and the wider investment members, Collaborateur developed an accessible, easy to understand and comprehensive communications strategy that encompassed both the internal and customer facing expressions of their business.
With message delivery to many different audiences being a key deliverable, we produced a range of documentation including a wide ranging strategic plan, indepth Tone of Voice document with sample messaging across all audiences and a comprehensive style guide.
